Carrie has a diverse background in sales spanning decades, across various sectors including property, financial services and veterinary pharmaceuticals and referrals.

With a keen interest in all things psychology and culture based she trained as an Insights Practitioner to support not only the teams within her own workplace, but those of her clients. In addition to Insights she is also trained as a Mental Health First Aider.

Carrie played a key part in her workplace culture team, increasing employee engagement scores significantly, along with the projects she coordinated contributing towards the achievement of 100% in ‘Projects with Social Impact’ in the company’s Investors in the Environment Award.

Carrie is driven to help businesses provide inclusive and supportive work environments, which in turn produce sustainable strong results.

Outside of work Carrie lives with her husband, two sons and two dogs. She can usually be found with her horse, out walking, in the gym or on the side of a football pitch, largely covered in mud!
