To start the process, we will have a chat on the phone or Teams so we understand the dynamics of your team, and to uncover what you and your team feel are the main issues preventing the best possible working environment and results.

We’ll talk through a few ideas and we’ll follow up with a full proposal within 5 days.

If we’re not able to meet your training or consultancy needs, we’ll recommend a trusted associate.

Once a date has been set we will send out invitations to each participant to complete an online questionnaire. The questionnaire takes around 30-40 minutes to complete and there are no wrong answers.

The profiles are then produced and will enable us to run an interactive workshop which will show the group how using Insights can benefit the team in the work environment.

Following on from the workshop we will offer individual coaching sessions to anyone who wishes to gain a more indepth understanding of their profile.

To keep the learnings alive it’s important to continue using exercises and the knowledge gained throughout the workshops.

We have worked with individuals who wish to communicate more effectively with colleagues and customers, all the way through to large teams. There is no minimum group size.

Generally speaking groups of up to 30 work best to ensure an easy and open conversation. For organisations larger than this we will break out into smaller groups throughout the day, and reconvene towards the end.

We have worked with remote teams virtually on a more local and global scale, hybrid workshops where some individuals aren’t able to attend in person, and completely in person workshops.

Whilst it is perfectly possible to run interactive workshops with breakout groups to keep things interesting and fun, we would recommend in person workshops where possible for the best possible impact.

That’s no problem!

We generally recommend completing a new profile every 5 years, or when there have been significant changes in work or personal life.

Depending on whether the majority have or haven’t been through Insights Discovery previously, we will adjust the workshop to ensure everyone has a solid foundation understanding, without repeating everything for those who do already. Where there are only a few who’ve not been profiled previously, typically we will pick up prior to the main workshop to get them up to speed.

Workshop pricing is split into a per person cost for the Insights profile production, and a cost for the workshop including preparation.

We’re happy to adjust the depth and scope of workshops to fit budgetary requirements.

Culture, sales and tender consultancy is charged per day.
